David Marshall Joins NCADRC as Charter Member

Child abuse defense lawyer David Marshall has joined the National Child Abuse Defense & Resource Center (NCADRC) as a Charter Member. NCADRC is non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to preserving the rights of those falsely accused of child abuse through education. A list of their services can be found here.

According to NCADRC, David “has demonstrated superior knowledge and skill in defending clients accused of child abuse and/or neglect.” As a member, he will receive updates on developments in law and other fields related to child abuse cases and issues, including child sex abuse, child molestation, rape of a child, and assault of a child.

David has regularly been recognized as one of the top criminal defense lawyers in Washington state. He has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law and Politics magazine on multiple occasions, and Avvo gives him its very highest ranking.
