Qualifications required:
- At least five years of criminal law experience, including at least five felony jury trials and
at least fifteen jury trials in total. - Excellent writing skills.
- Self-starter who needs little supervision.
- Works smoothly with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates.

Our Team Needs An “Of Counsel” Civil Litigator
As more and more persons turn to us for defense against claims for money damages, the Marshall
Defense Firm needs to engage a civil litigator who is able to work about 50 billable hours per month.

- At least five years of civil litigation experience, including at least one year of civil
