Joshua Saunders Becomes Of Counsel To The Marshall Defense Firm 

Joshua R. Saunders has agreed to serve Of Counsel to the Marshall Defense Firm. Like the firm’s other attorneys, he will represent persons accused of sex crimes, child abuse, and domestic violence.

“Josh is a terrific lawyer,” David Marshall said in announcing this development. “He brings both passion and compassion to the defense of the accused. With his deep experience in criminal defense, he will be a great fighter for our clients.”

Josh graduated from the New York University School of Law and served as a public defender in both Brooklyn and the Bronx before moving west. In Washington he has practiced criminal defense in both King and Snohomish Counties.

Josh co-founded the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund and was featured for that work on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

Josh will take on his new role January 18.
